Shipping & Fulfillment

At Swash Peak, our products ship from different fulfillment locations depending on the item ordered.

Order Processing

Our apparel uses garments held in inventory, with designs printed after an order is placed. This printing and finishing process may require additional processing time before shipment. Other merchandise, including certain stocked items, may be ready to ship without additional production.

Orders containing products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to eligible addresses throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping may be available for eligible products and destinations when offered at checkout.

Certain fulfillment partners have shipping restrictions. We currently cannot process orders to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates depend on the products ordered, their fulfillment locations, and the delivery destination.

All applicable shipping charges and eligible promotions are displayed during checkout before your order is placed. Orders shipping from multiple fulfillment locations may incur separate shipping charges.

Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transportation, handling, and delivery schedules are outside our direct control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

If your shipment is delayed, missing, damaged during transit, or arrives incorrectly, please contact us at info@swashpeak.com with your order number and relevant details.

We'll review the issue and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner, as appropriate, to help find a resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

Returns & Questions

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Clearly marked final-sale and clearance items are excluded from standard returns, subject to applicable law.
